Nothing could ever prepare you for the pulse-quickening experience when you will see for the first time the duo of buildings that make up Julisam® – perched high above the idyllic mountain pastures, where the narrow mountain road widens and the view couldn’t be any more beautiful. Then, when you enter the generous living room of the main house with its almost five-meter tall windows, it seems that this room hovers over the valley floor like an eagle’s nest, and you take a deeper breath, your chest broadens, and the indescribable feeling of complete relaxation descends upon you and you know in that moment, beyond any doubt, that you have arrived for what will be your dream vacation ...

Maybe you feel like enjoying this luxury all by yourself, with your family or your friends, cooking your own meals in complete peace and privacy and only having groceries delivered. In summer, Leogang is Europes mountainbike- center with breathtaking downhill slopes and with a great variety of e-bike routes for seniors, too. Furthermore, there is no other place where hiking is more lovely than in Leogang’s grassy mountains with their breathtaking panoramic views and cozy mountain cabins. The region is also a paradise for golfers, who are welcomed in the spring and fall by snow-covered peaks contrasting the warm and sunny hours in the valley. Sailors dream of Lake Zeller See with the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier on the horizon... The region also shimmers with an array of excellent restaurants: Saalfelden/Leogang have a grand total of no less than 14 Michelin stars.

But perhaps, despite all these opportunities, you would just like to stay here, in your dream house with its unique design, conceivably because you cannot get enough of the awe-inspiring view, which reaches far beyond the Leogang Valley to the Steinernes Meer (the “Rocky Sea” plateau).

Or possibly you fell in love with the 14-meter long, heated pool with its waterfall and the adjacent whirlpool where you can exquisitely relax and daydream. If you wish to exercise, you won’t even have to leave the house: It could be that you want to try the indoor climbing wall, use the perfectly equipped fitness room and conclude your exercise regimen by swimming a few laps in the pool? And finally relax and soothe your muscles in one of the two designer saunas?

Julisam® is also a paradise for culture aficionados: If you love music, you can enjoy the self-playing piano, an electromechanical wonder in one of the world’s most beautiful concert rooms at a majestic altitude with a grandiose panoramic view. In any room of the house, you can use your smartphone to listen to your favorite music via high-quality built-in speakers: Would you like to start your morning in the bedroom with the theme from Indiana Jones and finish your night with Mozart’s “Eine kleine Nachtmusik”? Perhaps you will bring children or grandchildren: If that is the case, you are in for big eyes and red cheeks from all the excitement. There is lots to do and experience for children of all ages: in the two outdoor playgrounds, the indoor play paradise, the climbing wall or the pool area with its water spray nozzles and an interactive virtual aquarium. Even in the elevator during a “virtual mountain ride”, children and adults are welcomed by singing birds, grazing cows and adorable marmots.

Surely you will be aware that all this luxury requires a lot of energy.
