Severin*s – The Alpine Retreat is the embodiment of outstanding accommodation that is second to none: the Residence with its 423 m². It extends over two floors. Up to eight persons can look forward to enjoying the following highlights: a spacious living room with balcony, a comfy fireplace corner, a lounge with grand piano, and a large dining room with luxuriously appointed kitchen and fireplace. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with shower bath and balcony, the master bedroom with oversized bed (200 x 220 m), a sitting area, large wardrobes, and a free-standing bathtub with a grand view of the mountains and the fireplace. An additional bathroom with rain shower, WC and bidet as well as a study and a cinema make it abundantly clear that you need not make any sacrifices. The sun terrace invites you to unwind in the whirlpool.

The upper floor has a bedroom with an open bathroom, a second bedroom with shower bath, and a guest WC.

The Residence has a separate entrance and you can reach it from the basement car park via a private lift. There is also an own ski room with heated ski lockers. The facilities of the Residence are characterized by box-spring beds by WITTMANN, flatscreen television by LOEWE, telephone, free WiFi, furniture by the Italian label MINOTTI, and a free minibar with Nespresso coffee machine and a tea selection that is refilled daily. The guests have access to the spacious spa and wellness area, which covers an overall size of 415 m2 and offers all the SPA heart desires. Relax in the 12.5 metre indoor pool with jet stream system, waterfall and under- water whirlpool loungers or in the sauna area with a 67 °C sauna, a 90 °C sauna, a steam bath and an Infrared cabin, as well as an ice fountain and two multi-experience showers. In our 60 m2 fitness area, sports lovers will also find state-of-the-art Technogym equipment for cardio and weight training.
On request and subject to availability, we offer you some wonder- ful, relaxing massage and beauty treatments.

The chalet is available on B&B basis when lavish à la carte breakfast served in the Chalet. Alternatively, the chalet can be rented with half-board basis when our à la carte breakfast and dinner is also included in the rate.

In our wine cellar, we present a wide range of Austrian and international wines as well as precious rarities, all in a modern atmosphere. Here you can also hold your events in a cosy environment. Severin*s – The Alpine Retreat is located in Stubenbach, which belongs to Lech am Arlberg. The surrounding mountain landscape attracts nature and sport enthusiasts all year round.

With more than 300 kilometres of slopes, Ski Arlberg is considered a true paradise for passionate skiers and snowboarders. It began as the birthplace of alpine skiing and is now the largest interconnected ski area in Austria - making it one of the five largest ski areas in the world!

In addition to the experienced skiers, even beginners enjoy the popular alpine sport in the region's professional ski schools and will quickly become fans. It is not only the entire ski area that guarantees perfect conditions for an unforgettable winter holi- day, as there is no reason not to enjoy sledging or guided winter hikes in Lech.
