The charming 3-bedroom ‘Apartment du Centre’ is right in the middle of everything Les Gets has to offer. It is less than a 2-minute walk to/from the Chavannes lifts (70m), which is the main link into the Morzine-Les Gets and wider Portes du Soleil ski areas, whilst the shops, restaurants, bars and facilities of Les Gets are literally on the doorstep. Nevertheless, it’s not just about the location – ‘Apartment du Centre’ is a private and spacious apartment with a warm and cosy ‘chalet’ feel. It’s been lovingly-renovated to a very high specification, respecting traditional alpine style with contemporary design, to become a fantastic ‘home-from-home’ apartment in the centre of Les Gets. The beautiful, 3-bedroom ‘Apartment du Centre’ (Les Gets) boasts an incredible position in the very heart of the village. Situated at the middle of ‘Rue du Centre’, if ‘location location location’ is your prerequisite, self-catered accommodation to rent in Les Gets doesn’t get better than this.

Ski to and from the Chavannes lift, which is less than a 2-minute walk away (70 metres), whilst the Mont Chery lift is close by. Les Gets’ upmarket boutiques, practical shops, range of bars and excellent restaurants are immediately outside the door. For example, within just a few steps of the apartment are the local bakery, superb deli/butcher and Carrefour minimarket – the location is unbeatable!

‘Apartment du Centre’ (Les Gets) has undergone a high-spec renovation. Local artisans have carefully created an inviting and practical space with skilled use of local materials i.e. wood, stone and slate. The result is a top-quality finish in a warm and traditional yet modern alpine style, with no expense spared.

This private and spacious self-contained high-quality apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small residence and above a handy ski shop. A large entrance hall leads to the impressive open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, with delightful features including high ceiling, exposed beams & tiled floor. There’s a hand-made dining table, elegant corner sofa and 40” flat screen TV. The kitchen is fitted and equipped with everything needed on a self-catered ski holiday (including large fridge/freezer and dishwasher) A patio door open to a private terrace with attractive views of Les Gets’ Mont Chery mountain.

Two lovely well-furnished bedrooms are accessible from the lounge level. The master twin/double ensuite bedroom offers a TV, shower, sink and heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a fixed double bed with TV. A shared bathroom features a large shower, sink, WC, heated towel rail, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate WC on this floor. Stairs lead up to a large mezzanine and bedroom three, again a fixed double with TV, affording views towards the Nantaux mountain. The spacious mezzanine area (with low ceiling) offers a variety of uses, such as a second lounge, TV room, children’s play area or a ‘4th bedroom’ (with double sofa bed and a further single bed). ‘Apartment du Centre’ comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests.

On the ground floor of the building is a drying room with heated boot warmers and connection to Désiré Sports, where skis/boots can be stored – plus equipment hired if required at a preferential rate. For self-drivers to Les Gets, there is one private parking space available, with additional parking at the nearby underground car park beneath the Chavannes ski lift.
