The triplex penthouse n°40, located on the 4th floor of the Kinabalu Residence, with a beautiful surface area of 319 sqm, is perfect to welcome up to 15 people, with a maximum of 10 adults.

This apartment has five bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds and one simple bed (ideal for 5 children) as well as six bathrooms. The living room with a TV and a fireplace has also a fully equipped kitchen and a games room with a bar. You will also appreciate the multiple terraces and balconies. This apartment has all the necessary household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.

During your holidays, you can benefit from two parking spaces in the underground car park, a ski locker and Wi-Fi access.
