The triplex penthouse n°A40, located on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the Falcon Lodge residence, with a surface area of 217 sqm, is perfect to welcome up to 13 people, maximum 10 adults.
This penthouse has four bedrooms with double bed, a triple bedroom with a double bed bunk by a single bed, a bedroom cabin with a bunk bed and five bathrooms. The living room has a sitting area with a television and a fireplace plus a fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies and a furnished terrace completes the space with an outdoor hot tub. This penthouse has also a walk-in closet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and all the necessary household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc. The little extra: a private wellness area inside the apartment, including a steam room and an extra bathroom.
