New for winter 2021/22 – the perfect location beneath the Pleney slopes in central Morzine!
Chalet Stade boast a prime central Morzine location and is almost ski-in ski-out, via Pleney ‘Piste B’.
Access to the Morzine Les Gets ski area and the wider Portes du Soleil is quick and easy. The Pleney lift is around 250m on foot and it is only a little further to the Super Morzine lift, giving access to Avoriaz and the wider Portes du Soleil beyond.
From the chalet you can see Hotel le Tremplin, a popular après-ski venue in central Morzine. Despite its proximity to the resort centre and all amenities, Chalet Stade is hidden away on a quiet side road. It is perfect for those who like to be very close to everything yet not on the main central streets.
A semi-detached, modern building, Chalet Stade offers clever design and excellent privacy. Both chalets have been designed with considerable care to maximise the space of such a prime location.
On the ground floor is the stylish open plan kitchen-lounge-diner, complete with feature log burner, high ceiling and comfy seating. This impressive focal point is bright, spacious and well-equipped. Patio doors lead out to the sun terrace and hot tub, from where breathtaking views can be enjoyed.
The ensuite family/master suite (with bath) is on ground level. It offers zip & link beds (which can be configured as a king-size double or 2 singles) and a sofa bed, which makes into a further double if required.
Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms, each benefiting from their own luxury ensuite bathroom. 2 rooms have zip and link beds with Juliet balconies, whilst 1 room offers a fixed queen-size double.
There is a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a ski-bike store/drying room containing heated boot warmers. Ample off-road parking is available on the chalet’s private grounds.
Chalet Stade is a superb purpose-built modern self-catered chalet for groups of 8-10 in a quiet location yet on the doorstep of the very centre of Morzine.
Stade has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2021.
