Chalet Zaza is a brand-new four-bedroom chalet located between the Super Morzine lift and the pretty village of Montriond. It’s only a 10-minute walk to Morzine’s bars and restaurants, and the perfect retreat for a family holiday in the mountains.

This beautiful chalet sits in front of Four Twenty L’Ele, so if you are travelling in a group of up to 18 people, you can ask us about booking both properties together. They are linked by a garden path and a gate, so you can open this up and enjoy a shared outdoor space with two hot tubs or close off the access to keep Chalet Zaza private.

Step inside Chalet Zaza and you will find a homely entrance hall leading to a bunk room and a separate shower room. There is also access to the garage and a boot room beyond, so you can dry off your ski gear after a day on the slopes or store your bikes and hiking gear.

Head upstairs and you’ll find the next level has three modern bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the top floor of this fantastic new-build is an open-plan entertaining area. Cosy-up in front of the fireplace with a good book, dine while gazing out over the mountains and rustle up a tasty meal in the sleek kitchen. The chalet is built into the hillside, so from this level you can step out of the back door and onto a decked area with a hot tub. On the other side of this level is a balcony, so slide back the doors and enjoy views of the sunset each evening.

In summer, you can cross the road and head down the valley to the riverside path, a pretty walk past ponies, play equipment and forest high-wire courses into the centre of Morzine. You’ll emerge next to the village’s open-air swimming pools, tennis courts and indoor ice-skating rink.

In winter, it’s a short walk into town, or you can add our on-call 24-hour resort driver service at extra cost. Our team of drivers is available day and night to take you to the ski lifts, restaurants and bars across Morzine and neighbouring Les Gets. This is a great option if you want to make full use of the Morzine-Les Gets ski area. Our drivers can also take you to the further afield Ardents and Prodains lifts, so you can access the higher resort of Avoriaz, too.

Chalet Zaza is located on the Morzine to Montriond road, a few minutes' drive from both villages. It takes around 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Morzine, crossing over the suspension bridge to reach the local bars and restaurants. It is a similar walking time into Montriond, which has a shop and a couple of restaurants.

There is a bus stop a short walk from the chalet, offering a free bus service to the ski lifts and into town, or up to Lac Montriond. The service runs until around 6pm in the evening. In summer, this service is available at peak times and on a more limited schedule. The bus service can get busy, so you can add our on-call 24-hour resort driver service at extra cost during winter. Our team of drivers can take you to the lifts, restaurants, bars and any attractions across Morzine and Les Gets. Our drivers can also take you to the Ardents and Prodains lifts, making it easy to access the higher resort of Avoriaz, too.
