Our Marmotta Chalet Neve is located directly on the ski slope, offering exclusive ski-in/ski-out luxury. Built in a traditional architectural style with abundant wood and meticulous attention to detail, it seamlessly blends tradition with modernity through its high-quality furnishings.

This luxurious duplex apartment offers you a breathtaking view of St.Anton and its mountains. Built in a modern alpine style, the flat can accommodate 8 people. Across 140 m² there are 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (2x bath, 2x shower) and an extra guest toilet. In the attic, an open living and dining area offers space for 10 people. Our apartment comes with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and fully equipped kitchens.

Additionally, an organic sauna with a relaxation area within the chalet provides the perfect place to unwind after an active day. The property also features an in-house ski room, and you can park your car free of charge in our underground parking garage (2 spaces per apartment). If required, baby cot and highchair are included.

In your apartment you’ll find everything that you’ll need (incl. soda stream, Nespresso-capsules, tea, syrup, dried fruit, nut mixes, muesli etc.).

We bring fresh breakfast to your apartment every day (with bread, pastries, sausage, cheese, muesli, yoghurt, delicious marmalade and honey, etc. as well as coffee, tea and juices); In summer, breakfast can be booked optionally (costs on request).

The largest ski resort in Austria, and fifth largest in the world, is located in the Arlberg with more than 300km of marked slopes, 88 lifts and gondolas as well as 200km of off-piste routes. St. Anton is known as the cradle of alpine skiing. Ski-tourers will find a paradise of majestic mountains. Adrenaline junkies can also book heli-skiing.

Aside from the pistes the town offers: A 43km long cross-country skiing route and 80km of winter walks. Furthermore St. Anton offers a natural toboggan-run if you wish to combine thrillseeking with the beauty of winding through the magical wintry woods.
