Upon entering the Chalet, the hallway has a triple bedroom on either side. Both of these rooms consist of a bunk-bed, with a single room, and are en-suite. The hallway then continues before opening up to the main open-plan living area, with a semi-enclosed kitchen a large windows that lead out to the south-westerly facing balconies. An en-suite double bedroom is located just off the lounge. Sorbier’s top floor boasts the master en-suite double bedroom and a private sauna.

Independent Stay is perfect for those who value complete freedom. You enjoy a fully equipped, impeccably maintained chalet with daily housekeeping, fresh linen, premium Soeder amenities and a dedicated concierge who arranges everything from ski passes to restaurant reservations. A welcome basket of local produce awaits on arrival, and you are free to cook for yourselves, book private chefs whenever you wish, or explore the resort’s outstanding restaurants at your own pace. There is no set meal schedule and no on-site staff presence – just privacy, flexibility and five-star comfort.

Bed & Breakfast adds a delicious morning ritual to the independence. Each day begins with a private chef preparing a tailored breakfast spread – anything from fresh croissants and artisan coffee to a full cooked English breakfast – served at the time you choose. The rest of the day is entirely yours. You still benefit from daily housekeeping, a concierge team on hand around the clock, and a shared driver service from 8 am to 5 pm to whisk you to the slopes and back. Evenings remain open for dining out or arranging additional catering as you wish.

Hosted Lite introduces gentle, unobtrusive hosting for families and groups who want to relax without worrying about the details. A discreet chalet host is available whenever needed, while a private chef serves a hearty breakfast and a relaxed two-course evening meal (followed by a cheese course) on five nights of the week. House wines, beers and soft drinks flow freely with dinner. The remaining two evenings are left free for the resort’s excellent restaurants. Housekeeping is daily, a shared driver runs from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and the concierge continues to handle every request, creating a warm, effortless alpine escape.

Hosted Stay is the full luxury experience. A dedicated chalet host and private chef live discreetly on-site to look after your every need. Breakfast is served daily, pre-dinner canapés and cocktails appear each afternoon, and five evenings feature beautifully presented four-course dinners paired with carefully chosen wines. The chalet receives daily housekeeping and a turndown service five nights a week, premium Aesop or Soeder bathroom products are replenished as needed, and your private driver is at your disposal from 8 am until 10 pm. The concierge team plans every element of the stay in advance and remains on call throughout, leaving you free to do absolutely nothing except enjoy the mountains and each other’s company.
