This spacious apartment (80sqm) perfect for families, it sits in a elevated position (150 metres up a hill from the street level) it is a 3 – 4 minute walk to the Sunnegga ski station and 5 - 6 minutes to the village centre.
The apartment is south facing with a lovely view of the tip of the Matterhorn and the surrounding mountains.
This apartment comprises 2 bedrooms; 1 double, the second bderoom has 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms; one with bath / toilet and a second with shower / toilet.
Kitchen - Dining - Lounge: modern open-plan area, the kitchen is well-equipped with, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave etc, dining area and comfortable lounge seating. Equipment: flat screen television with multi-lingual channels and free WiFi internet connection. Laundry: Washing machine and dryer in the communal area of the building
