Brunnenhof 9 is situated on the second floor of this impressive new development. Sleeping up to eight guests in three gorgeous bedrooms, this beautiful new apartment has everything you could wish for in a luxury alpine retreat. It is excellently located, only a short stroll from the Schlosskopf chairlift, which will whisk you up and onto the slopes in minutes, so you can enjoy Lech's world class skiing. Lech's charming centre is also only a stone's throw away. There you will find no shortage of incredible restaurants and a sophistocated social scene.
The apartment has an elegant open plan kitchen, living and dining area, perfect for entertaining with friends and family. The living space is elegant, yet comfortable and very welcoming. The stylish L-shaped sofa looks onto a warming electric fireplace which is also enjoyed from the dining table. Calming greys are punctuated by purple accents and the finishings are of the highest quality, creating a space that is rich with texture and delights in the small details. The décor has been meticulously selected and reflects a love of skiing and the mountains. The dining table seats up to eight people and is overlooked by the modern kitchen, well equipped for preparing hearty breakfasts, ensuring everyone is ready for a long day on the slopes. Slow and cosy dinners will be enjoyed here too. The room is bathed in winter light through floor to ceiling windows that add to the apartment's inviting ambiance.
The sumptuous master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. There are a further two bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and one gorgeous bunk room, sleeping four in two purpose-built bunk beds with spacious en-suite shower room. Both double bedrooms enjoy terrace access and all three bedrooms have been beautifully appointed with tasteful alpine-inspired décor.

If independence is a key factor when it comes to choosing your winter ski chalet or luxury apartment, then the accommodation only service is the perfect option for you. You will arrive to the finest quality sheets, slippers, robes and luxury bathroom products. With your included concierge service we will ensure your lift passes are ready for you on arrival and your concierge will also be on hand to make restaurant reservations, ski instruction and other activity bookings.
With self-catered service, housekeeping is provided seven days of the week. Luxury bathroom products from Acqua di Parma, the finest linen and fresh towels are provided, with the towels being changed mid-week. Your concierge will welcome you to your property and can arrange restaurant bookings, ski instruction, off-piste guides, heli-skiing, winter activities, and childcare at your request. As our concierges are all highly-qualified ski or snowboard instructors, they also have a wealth of knowledge about the mountain and prevailing weather conditions. We can also arrange additional services for you during the week at an additional charge including private chefs, serving staff, driver service, and additional towel or linen changes. All additional services are subject to availability.
With Bed and Breakfast service, you are free to eat out in the evenings and take full advantage of the many fabulous in-resort restaurants. In the mornings, you can relax and enjoy the convenience of a continental breakfast laid out for you in the comfort of your chalet, every day of your stay. Breakfast will include bread and pastries from the local bakery, a selection regional cold meats and cheeses, artisanal yoghurts, delicious jams, honey etc, coffee, tea, and juices. With this service, cleaning is provided seven days of the week. Linen and towels are provided and towels are changed mid-week. Your concierge will welcome you to your property and can arrange restaurant bookings, ski instruction, off-piste guides, heli-skiing, winter activities, and childcare at your request. The apartment is ideally located only a ten-minute walk from the centre of the village and a six-minute walk from the nearest lift, that will take you up and onto the slopes within minutes. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.
Schlosskopf chairlift - 6-minute walk.
Schleggelkopf chairlift - 12-minute walk.
Village centre - 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive.
