On the first floor of the Nevada Residence is where you will find Twin Peak, a centrally located apartment in Zermatt. This property combines a two-bedroom apartment with a one bedroom studio apartment and can accommodate up to 6 people over 3 bedrooms. The apartment can be split up in an apartment for 4 and a studio for 2 or combined to an apartment for 6 guests.
As you enter the property you will be welcomed into a comfortable and contemporary open plan living, kitchen and dining area, and will notice the tasteful decor throughout with neutral and calming tones.
The living area has a large corner sofa, perfect to cosy up and relax with friends and family after a day on the slopes. With large floor to ceiling sliding doors along one wall, the room is flooded with light and the balcony can be accessed through the doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catered holiday, and the dining table can seat six people with ease.
Off the living area you will find one double bedroom and one twin/double bedroom that share a large bathroom and separate toilet. The third double bedroom has its own small seating area and kitchenette in the bedroom, as well as a separate shower room. Two of the bedrooms are complete with their own private balconies.
The apartment can be accessed by lift or stairs and the Nevada residence also houses a ski room with private ski lockers and a laundry room with all the necessary facilities.
Twin Peak has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2020.
This apartment is normally sold on a self-catered basis. Mid-week or daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge, please enquire for upgraded housekeeping options.
