Fully equipped with everything you might need during your holiday, there is a sunny balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. And if there’s still something missing, we are there to take care of it!

Access to our duplex attic apartment is by elevator whilst there is an internal staircase between its two levels. The apartment measures 160m². There is free wifi access in all rooms.
Although our holiday apartment at the house Ascot is just a few minutes away from the center of the village with its restaurants, bars and shops, the accommodation provides a tranquil base where you can relax and take in a fantastic view over the roofs of Zermatt, looking towards the Matterhorn itself. The regular local bus stops right in front of the building and in just a few minutes, this takes you to all of the resort’s main ski lifts.
Ascot 160 has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2022.

For access to the extensive ski and hiking region, the close proximity of the ski-bus service could not be more convenient. The bus will take you comfortably to the Gornergrat train station, Matterhorn Glacier Paradise base station as well as the Sunnegga-Rothorn base station.
